Today is our first day of escrow on our new house. After much prayer and contemplation, we decided on this one. It is only a few minutes from our house now and a little closer to the beach (7 minutes instead of 10minutes). It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a fairly big backyard. [...]
